We deliver to all areas across Kuwait
The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
Home Delivery Options
- Free delivery is valid on all orders above 30 KD.
- Click & Collect orders are only eligible for Pick up from store and not for Home Delivery.
- Same day delivery - Order before 1PM and receive same day delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be scheduled on the same day if placed before 1 pm. To follow up with your order please WhatsApp customer care on +96522261860 with your order number ready. We are available from 8am – 2am, seven days a week.
How do I track & check the status of my orders?

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it?
You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. Customized items will not be refunded/ returned. To refund or exchange simply whatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge on all orders above 30 KD, Happy shopping!
2KD delivery charge on orders less than 30KD.
Do you have international Shipping?
At the moment we only serve customers in Kuwait.
Do you have cash on delivery?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery. Customized items are not eligible for Cash on delivery.

Do you have Click & Collect available?
Yes. You will have to choose “collect in store” & place the order. Once you receive the email on order collection, you can collect your order the your chosen store.
