We deliver to all areas across Kuwait

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery – Free of charge for orders delivered within Kuwait.
Express Delivery - Orders placed from 8AM-8PM with this option selected will be delivered within Kuwait for a fee of 1.5 KD.
Free pickup - Orders are eligible for Pick up from stores in Kuwait only.
Delivered from store - Orders placed using Ship From Store will be delivered next day for fee of 1KD. Cash on Delivery is not available for this service

When will I receive my order?

To follow up with your order please WhatsApp customer care on +96522261860 with your order number ready. We are available from 8am – 2am, seven days a week.

How do I track & check the status of my orders?

Contact our customer service desk directly via WhatsApp on +96522261860 with your order number ready so we may assist you.

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it?

You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. Customized items will not be refunded/ returned. To refund or exchange simply whatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860.

For payments made using the Cash on Delivery method: exchanges can only be made in any The Athlete’s Foot store in Kuwait.

For payments already captured (KNET/APPLE PAY/TABBY/DEEMA/CREDIT CARD): exchanges can be made in any The Athlete’s Foot store or arrange a pickup through customer service.

How much does delivery cost?

Enjoy free Next Day Delivery and Free pickup on all orders across Kuwait. Additional delivery charges apply for select services:

Free pickup (home delivery request): KD 1.500
Express Delivery: KD 1.500
Delivered from store: KD 1.000

Do you have international Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to the international shipping page for more details.

Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery for orders delivered in Kuwait. Please note that cash on delivery is not available for Express Delivery orders.

Do you have express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery for orders in Kuwait. If you order items that qualify for this service from 8AM-8PM, they will be delivered within 2-3 hours based on the location for a fee of 1.5 KD.

Do you have Free pickup available?

Yes. You will have to choose “Free pickup” & place the order. Once you receive the email on order collection, you can collect your order the your chosen store. For more info, please check here.
